I built this because I needed it.
Years ago, my employer asked me to lead lean and train more than 300 employees across multiple shifts and departments. I looked for training content that could carry that load — engaging, consistent, built around how lean actually works on a shop floor. It didn’t exist. Not at a price or quality any company our size could justify.
So I started building it myself — fortunate enough to have the time and the need to figure it out firsthand. That early experience became the starting point. Over the years since, at Lean Smarts, I’ve refined that approach again and again: writing and rewriting curriculum, filming hundreds of lessons, testing what actually gets a team talking, and fixing what doesn’t.

Do I need to build anything?
No. All videos, discussion guides, and course sequences are already built. Subscribe and start using them.
How many people can train on one subscription?
The Facilitator Membership supports unlimited in-person group sessions through one shared login. The Training Platform supports up to 250 individual logins. LMS Integration is for organizations embedding content into their own system — no per-user limit applies at the LMS level.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, at any time. Billing is prorated based on what you’ve already paid, so you never lose what you’ve put in.
What if I already have an LMS?
The LMS Integration tier is built for you. SCORM packages (1.2 and 2004) and Vimeo embed URLs are both supported. We work with you directly to make sure everything connects cleanly.
Is this connected to the Culture Conduit?
They’re separate programs. The Academy handles team training. The Culture Conduit is a leadership workshop for building a lean culture system from the ground up. They work powerfully together — bundle pricing is available on request.
How does billing work?
Monthly plans renew automatically. Annual plans send advance notification before renewal. Manual invoices are available for annual Training Platform and LMS Integration plans — contact us to arrange.
