How It Works
The Culture Conduit has three phases.
Phase 1 — The Workshop (6+ weeks)
Your team works through six sections together. Each section pairs chapters of the book with Academy video lessons and workbook pages, followed by a facilitated review your senior leader owns.

This is where implementation begins in earnest. Armed with the navigation system, the Lean Culture Assessment, and monthly group call support, your team starts building—daily meeting, 3S, improvement culture, leadership development—with a clear picture of where you are and where you’re going next.
Phase 3 — The Culture (ongoing)
There is no finish line. What you’re building toward is an organization where improvement is daily, leadership is visible, and your people are genuinely growing. Where the culture runs itself—not because you stepped back, but because everyone stepped up.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this an official 2 Second Lean program?
No. The Culture Conduit is an independent program built around Daniel’s own book. 2 Second Lean is one of several outside voices credited and drawn from inside the workshop, alongside Tom Hughes and Ryan Tierney—but the program isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Paul Akers or FastCap.
Do we need lean experience to get value from this?
No—but some exposure helps. If you’ve read 2 Second Lean, toured a lean company, or tried lean in the past, you’re exactly who this is built for.
How much outside reading is there?
Not much. The workshop is built around The Culture Conduit book—that’s the real reading load. A small amount of curated material from other lean voices is assigned alongside it where it adds something the book doesn’t, but we’ve deliberately kept that light so your team spends its time doing the work, not working through a stack of books.
Who runs the review meetings?
You do. Your senior leader facilitates every internal session using the provided meeting guides. No consultant is required or involved. That’s by design.
How long does the workshop take?
Five to ten weeks to complete, depending on your pace. Implementation continues for twelve months or longer—supported by group calls and the Lean Culture Assessment throughout.
What if we’ve tried lean before and it didn’t stick?
