Founder, Lean Smarts
Daniel has spent years working both inside and outside organizations built around 2 Second Lean—studying how they operate, working inside them directly, and coaching other companies through the same journey from the outside. That vantage point, seeing it from both sides, is where most of this book comes from.
His broader background spans over a decade across automotive, medical device, and general manufacturing, including a role as World Class Manufacturing Lead at a tier-one automotive supplier. He now runs Lean Smarts full time, training and coaching leaders building lean cultures inside their own organizations.
