You may use the Small Business, Medium Business, and LMS Integration memberships to train unlimited people at your organization. We do not charge per person. If you have individual access for Certification you are not permitted to share your account with others.
When you pay with card, the amount appropriate to your plan will be deducted monthly or annually. The admin email address will receive advance notification for annual charges. Copies of your invoices can be downloaded from inside your account.
You need to be an admin to access the billing information.
Manual invoices can be requested for the Medium Business or LMS Integration membership by contacting us. We only offer manual invoices for annual plans.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at anytime. Your new subscription will be prorated based on what you have already paid.
The certification is based on the Fundamentals of Lean curriculum.
You have one year to obtain certification by passing the certification test.
Yes! The Small Business membership is intended for you to share your account within your organization as needed to facilitate and deliver training.
The admin can generate the following reports: 1) Progress Report by Person, 2) Completion Report by Course, 3) Score Report by Quiz.
The admin can add users a few ways: 1) by manually creating each one, 2) by sending a registration link to email(s), or 3) by uploading a CSV template with user details included.
You can remove users at any time.

If your LMS comes with a course builder, you can embed Lean Smarts videos via vimeo.com URLs. We also give you access to our facilitator guides to re-construct quiz questions inside your LMS.
